Artists and DJs will liven up your time in Niseko with the power of music!

Artist Introduction
Four different artists will perform each day.
MC & DJ Introduction
The event will be hosted by Katsunori, who hosts a weekday morning wide-format program, and other FM NORTH WAVE personalities, who will appear on a rotating basis each day.
DJ BRAVE, who is active in Sapporo and focuses on the HIP HOP/R&B genre, will also be performing every day to liven up the venue.
 

We hold workshops with a different theme each day, where you can learn about and experience sake, wine, fruits, and fermentation in the Shiribeshi region.

On-site registration is available, so please feel free to join us (registration will close once the maximum number of participants is reached).
August 8th (Saturday) [Enjoy Yoichi Prunes]
◆ "A day to learn about Yoichi's fruits"
A time to taste various varieties of plums grown at Sosei Farm in Yoichi Town and learn about fruits from Yoichi.

*Except for the "Water Tasting Workshop," all events include alcohol tasting, so participation is limited to those 20 years of age or older.

Let's compare the taste of water from various sources, including Kyogoku Meisui.

Blending Hokkaido-produced sake to create your own preferred drink, this is a time to discover and savor your favorite.

August 11th (Tuesday, public holiday) [Miso Workshop]
◆ "Miso-making workshop"
Experience making miso using a mortar and pestle.
Event time: 2:00 PM onwards (approximately 45 minutes) Participation fee: 1,000 yen (tax included) for those who wish to take home "Cultivated Miso"
Capacity: 20 people *The miso-making experience is free of charge.

◆ "Miso Ball Workshop"
Making miso balls that can be frozen for later use.
Event times: ① 11:30 AM - ② 1:00 PM - ③ 3:30 PM - *Each session is approximately 30 minutes. Participation fee: 2,500 yen (tax included) Includes 6 miso balls and fermented raw shichimi spice.

Fill your bag with Hokkaido-grown vegetables that are perfect for curry, nikujaga (meat and potato stew), and everyday cooking!

The event will also feature "SUMMER SNOW FUN," where you can enjoy playing in the snow in the middle of summer, and "Niseko Hirafu Summer Marche," which brings together shops and producers mainly from the Shiribeshi and Iburi areas.
