Changing rooms and coin lockers are located at ".Base".
It's located next to the base of the Ace Gondola, in the building directly in front of the "ALPEN NODE Activity Reception."

Coin lockers are available for use on the day of purchase only.
We offer two sizes: a standard "small" size and a "medium" size with approximately twice the capacity. We also have a type with a small window for easy access to small items while using the bag.

Please note that we only accept cashless payments.
The main payment methods available are as follows:
Credit cards / PayPay / Transportation IC cards / Rakuten Edy / QUICPay / d払い / WAON, etc.

Yes, you can use it with your children.
Kids' menus are available at each of our locations.

We also have children's tableware and high chairs available (while supplies last).

Regarding clothing : Please do not wear jeans or cotton pants, as they will become difficult to move in when wet.
During colder seasons, please wear synthetic jerseys or fleece.
Please remove any accessories, watches, or expensive items before participating.
If you wear glasses, please bring a strap (they are also available for purchase at our center).

Regarding what to bring : Please bring a towel, a change of clothes, and a bag to take your wet clothes home.

Meeting time and place
From July 4, 2026 onwards: ALPEN NODE(Ace Gondola base station)

On the day of the tour, please arrive at the meeting place at least 20 minutes before the tour start time to get changed and prepare.

Regarding reservations and cancellations : Please check the reservation site on each activity's page for details on reservations and cancellations.

Important Notes <br />All tours will proceed rain or shine. However, start and end times may change significantly depending on the weather and river conditions.
Please refrain from drinking alcohol before the tour.
The tour may be canceled if the guide deems it unsafe.
On the day of the tour, we ask all participants to sign a consent form.
Participants under 18 years of age require parental consent. Please inform us in advance if a parent or guardian will not be accompanying you.
All tours are conducted under the guidance of a professional guide, but as these are sports that involve interacting with nature, unexpected accidents may occur. Please participate with responsibility and a strong awareness of safety.

The summer gondola is pet-friendly.
For safety reasons, pets are only permitted on board if they are well-behaved and on a leash.

The following areas are pet-friendly:
- Ace Gondola base plaza and Ace Gondola summit "YOTEI SKY FIELD"

Requests for use: Please flush your waste down the toilet or take it with you (we appreciate your cooperation in protecting the ecosystem).
Please note that you cannot remove your dog's leash even after disembarking at the gondola's summit station.
Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant building.

About meals
At "POWDERHOOD" located at the base of the Ace Gondola, we offer picnic sets that can be taken out.
"NEST813" at the top of the gondola does not offer takeout.
If you wish to eat at the mountaintop plaza, please purchase your food and drinks in advance at the base of the mountain.

In addition to regular bus services, a free sightseeing bus, " SKY RESORT SHUTTLE NISEKO, " which does not require reservations, will begin operating from July 11, 2026 (Saturday).
This convenient bus service connects the "Hirafu Welcome Center" bus stop, adjacent to Niseko Tokyu Grand HIRAFU, with "Kutchan Station" and other nearby tourist attractions. Please feel free to use it.

Water dispensers are available at " ALPEN NODE " at the base of the Ace Gondola and at " NEST813 " at the top of the Ace Gondola . You can refill your water bottle or tumbler for free.
Please note that the water dispensers at " NEST813" provide spring water supplied from a water source in the Hirafu Annupuri area.

Yes, you can use it.

Customers using wheelchairs, canes, or strollers can also ride the summer gondola.
If you have any concerns about boarding, please feel free to speak to a staff member, and we will be happy to assist you.

Additionally, you can access the "POWDERHOOD RESTAURANT & TAPROOM" at the base of the mountain and the "NEST813" restaurant at the top of the gondola. Please feel free to use them.
