Niseko Tokyu Grand HIRAFU has started recruiting part-time staff for the 2026-27 season.

We have employee dormitories and a cafeteria, and we also offer perks such as free ski lift tickets.
You'll have plenty of opportunities to meet new people, and on your days off, you'll have the chance to fully enjoy skiing and snowboarding.

***Applicants must be able to converse in Japanese and possess a valid residence status that allows them to work in Japan. *Business communication and emergency responses will be conducted in Japanese.

All employees will receive free lift passes for Niseko Tokyu Grand HIRAFU and Niseko HANAZONO .
On your days off, you can fully enjoy the world-renowned powder snow of Niseko.
*For safety reasons, insurance and helmet use are mandatory.
Furthermore, we offer special discounts on the Niseko All-Mountain Season Pass, as well as employee discounts at shops, restaurants, and other establishments.

Company Dormitories <br />Company dormitories are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You can choose between a shared room or a private room to suit your preference.

Dormitory 1: 5-minute walk to the ski resort. No cars allowed.
・Shared room dormitory (maximum 4 people per room): 15,000 yen/month ・Private room dormitory: 40,000 yen/month Shared rooms are recommended for those who want to easily make friends and enjoy many encounters, such as international exchange.

Dormitory 2: 10-minute drive to the ski resort. Newly built container hotel type. Cars allowed. Commuting is by shuttle bus only. Private room: 40,000 yen/month. A private room where you can stay comfortably (with shower and toilet). There is a shared kitchen and dining space, making it easy to socialize.

Dormitory ③ Kutchan Apartment Dormitory: Cars allowed, commute by private car or shuttle bus. Private room: 55,000 yen/month. Apartment type with a completely private room. Recommended for those who want to experience living alone.

Employee cafeteria (located within Dormitory 1)
Lunch and Dinner: 300 yen each. You can enjoy a set meal style company cafeteria meal consisting of a main dish, side dishes, rice, and soup for 300 yen per meal.
The enjoyable time spent together around a table is also a major draw.

01 No experience necessary. We are actively hiring people with no prior part-time work experience.
We welcome individuals who are cheerful, communicative, and dedicated to their work.

02 An environment where you can enjoy international exchange. Niseko offers a unique environment where many staff and customers from overseas visit.
Many people come to work with us before or after their working holiday or study abroad program.

03 Convenient Location: Located in the heart of the Niseko area, this is one of the largest ski resorts in Niseko.
There are convenience stores, drugstores, and restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient for daily life.
 

<Residents whose contracts for 3 months or more have expired>
Within Hokkaido: 10,000 yen (※Nearby municipalities are not included)
Tohoku: 30,000 yen Kanto, Hokuriku, Chubu, Kinki, Chugoku, Shikoku: 50,000 yen Kyushu, Okinawa: 60,000 yen *Even if the contract is completed in less than 3 months, half of the above amount will be paid!
*Detailed requirements, such as proof of residence and work history, will be explained during the interview.

<For those who have worked for us for 3 months or more>
8/10: 50,000 yen
End of August: 30,000 yen
End of September: 10,000 yen *Even if you work for less than 1-3 months, you will receive half of the above amount!
*Details regarding employment until the end of February, contract expiration, etc., will be explained during the interview.

• High school diploma or equivalent required. • No experience necessary (※Some positions require prior experience).
We are looking for someone who is cheerful, healthy, and dedicated to their work (someone who is punctual and never absent).
